1. Products & Personalisation

JazzBabyCo offers baby clothing, personalised products, keepsakes, toys, activity books and gift hampers.

Product images are for reference and slight differences in colour, appearance or finish may occur due to photography, screens and handmade production.

For personalised products, customers are responsible for providing correct names, dates, birth details, photos, sizes and other required information.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

For personalised products, production will begin based on the information provided by the customer.

3. No Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please carefully check your product selection, size, personalisation details and delivery information before completing your order.

4. Personalised Products

Personalised products are made specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a personalised product is received damaged or has an error caused by JazzBabyCo, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

JazzBabyCo reserves the right to change product prices, offers or availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product preparation time, courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
